For twenty-five years, Cathy Palasz has combined her industrial engineering experience into a career of sales, marketing and management from IBM, Eastman Kodak, and Caterpillar Tractor Company, to industrial distribution and personally as a business owner.  Her expertise ranges from project management, sales program creation, troubleshooting, problem resolving, seminar conducting, and training, to developing team-oriented environments.  Cathy’s career provides a successful bridge between the technical, analytical, and the practical.

Cathy graduated with honors in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University. She is an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church, as a Doctor of Divinity and Spiritual Counselor.  In addition, she is certified with Cultural Transformation Tools (from the Values Centre) that measures and provides a model and tool for personal transformation and leadership development.

A perpetual student of personal growth and esoteric subjects, Cathy has a keen propensity for combining spiritual principles with practical and enlightened living.  She is particularly focused on areas that merge the spiritual with the scientific.  Long intrigued by “hidden” knowledge – from traditions of indigenous cultures, sacred geometry and alchemy to soul psychology and ascension – Cathy has continually sought deeper knowledge and meaning behind life’s journey. She utilizes that wisdom to make a difference in her own life and the lives of others.

Cathy has walked over hot coals in a Firewalking seminar, is certified in hypnosis, and has studied topics including Sacred Sounds and Healing Wisdom, EFT and other emotional clearing and balancing processes.  The deaths of her husband and her Doberman Confidante propelled her to complement her personal experience on Death and Dying with the formal writings and teachings of various traditions and teachers. 

Cathy’s purpose is to assist others create a permanent shift in their personal life and business as they tap into their inner wisdom and divine plan.  To this end, she offers personal performance coaching and spiritual counseling sessions, along with Transference Healings (a high frequency energy work), and death transition work.

An ancient wise saying: “Mystery is the presence of the Soul in the world -- the place where the Soul in us and the Soul in the world connect.”  DTQ provides that connection.
